On all three ships, boarding is also possible for wheelchair users. In addition, our Loreley Elegance offers a barrier-free toilet.

Bicycles can be taken along, depending on the number of guests and by prior arrangement.

We ask for your understanding that the stated departure and arrival times may change depending on e.g. water level and traffic volume. No liability will be accepted for any cancellations due to, for example, insufficient participation. On 25.12. there is no ride.

On all our ships you can expect a rich selection of hot and cold dishes and desserts, non-alcoholic and hot drinks, beer and a first-class selection of regional wines. Bringing your own food and drinks is therefore not permitted.

We offer group rates for groups of 15 paying adults or more. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Dogs are welcome on board. Fresh water is available upon request. Please note that the landing bridges and open decks can become very hot when exposed to sunlight. Your dog can suffer serious health problems as a result.

Children aged 4-12 travel with us at the children’s rate. Children up to 3 years are free.

We are also there for you in the low season (November-March), but on a restricted timetable. Trips may be cancelled due to low participation. We ask for advance booking.

Smoking is not permitted in the guest area of the ships. Please use the open decks for this purpose.

Written reservation is required for our special events. Advance booking is desirable for our scheduled tours.

The postal dispatch of tickets and vouchers is charged with 3,00 EUR. Online tickets will be delivered to you at no extra cost.
